IC2X provides administrative management and compliance oversight
for exporters subject to the US Export Administration Regulations (15CFR).
All exports are subject to the EAR. Export Licenses are required for 5-7%
of all shipments. Penalties for violation can be:

Civil – Fines, Loss of Reputation

Criminal – Fines, Prison, Loss of export privileges.
Fee Structure
The Annual Retainer - $10,000 *

2 Export Commodity Classification Determinations (ECCN).
Additional determinations $1000 each.

20 Export License Applications ** Additional applications
processed at the cost of $50 per license if all required information and
documentation is furnished. Otherwise, they are $75 ea.
Hourly Consulting
ECCN Determination - The ECCN (Export Commodity Classification
Number) is an important part of your company's export strategy inasmuch as it
determines the countries where your product can be sold as well as the
documentary requirements necessary for each sale. Many US companies
require an ECCN determination as a condition of selling to them.
